How long does shipping take?
We currently ship within the USA only. Standard delivery takes 6–10 business days, with some orders taking up to 11–14 business days depending on the product and your location.

Can I customize a design?
Right now our designs are ready-to-order as shown, but feel free to reach out if you have a special request!

Do you accept returns?
All of our items are made-to-order (print on demand), so we're unable to accept returns for reasons like sizing or personal preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! Right now we only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand soon.

What material are your products made from?
Each product page lists specific materials — our pillows are 100% polyester with insert included, blankets are soft fleece, phone cases are durable polycarbonate, and more.

How do I care for my product?
Care instructions vary by product — check the product description for specific washing and care guidance.
